NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PRODUCTION PERMIT FROM THE MIDDLE PECOS GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District will hold a Public Hearing at the Pecos County Court House, 103 West Callaghan, 2nd floor Court Room, Fort Stockton, TX 79735, on October16, 2007, at 1PM on a Production Permit for Pecos Landfarm LLC, 100 Congress Ave. Suite 2000, Austin, TX  78701-2745, for 20 acre ft. per year of Fresh Water from the Edwards-Trinity Aquifer.  Location of the well is approx. 21 miles north of Ft. Stockton, TX on the south corner of Sec 23 of the Houston & Great Northern RR Survey, Pecos County, Texas. Proposed use of this well is for Oilfield Irrigation in the disposal of non-hazardous oil-field waste.

I do hereby certify that the above Notice of Pubic Hearing was filed and posted at the Pecos County Courthouse on September 10, 2007, and remained posted for a minimum of 30 days prior to said hearing.
