SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
September 13, 2006
On this the 13th day of September 2006, a Special Session of the Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District, of Pecos County, Texas, met in the Courtroom of the Pecos County Courthouse, Fort Stockton, Texas with the following members present, to-wit:

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
Called to order at 1:07 pm.
AGENDA ITEM I Directors to consider and/or act upon adopting the 2007 MPGCD Budget.
Upon motion by M.R. Gonzales, seconded by Evans Turpin and carried unanimously to accept the proposed 2007 MPGCD Budget as presented by General Manager Paul Weatherby.
AGENDA ITEM II Directors to consider and/or act upon adopting the proposed Tax Rate for 2006.
Upon motion by Houston McKenzie, seconded by Lynn Holland and carried unanimously to accept the proposed tax rate of $0.0087 per $100.00 of assessed valuation.
ADJOURN
Upon motion by Houston McKenzie, seconded by Evans Turpin and carried unanimously to adjourn this meeting at 1:30 pm.
